The purpose of this study is to find out how to train proper physical education specialists in the field of physical education. To this end, the Department of Physical Education has reviewed how it has trained physical education experts and explored how it will train physical education specialists in the future. As a result, firstly, in order to foster sports professionals, the Department of Physical Education has trained physical education teachers, sports instructors, sports management managers, and sports health managers. Second, the core competency of physical education and the reform of physical education are needed to train proper physical education experts in the future. Physical education is the study of customs clearance and helps to train experts in customs. At least a good sports expert is required to reform the sports at a local level (communication ability, empathy ability, moral ability, leadership ability, intellectual ability) and the core competencies (communication skills, empathy skills, moral skills, and intellectual abilities). They include reform of entrance exams at sports colleges, certification subjects for physical education, acquisition of state certificates related to physical education only, guarantee of the link between the qualification system and employment, and examination for the obligation of conservative education and renewal of qualifications. In the field of physical education, core competencies and sports reform should be realized so that proper physical education experts can be trained. If anyone majors in physical education in the future, they will be able to adapt to various fields as well as physical education as a "proper physical education expert."
